hotfix .01 issues with size upgrade
-size upgrade now working increases the hit box (slightly)
-meteroites are now killable to get gold
-damage lvl 2 upgrade visuals displaying properly
-you can now buy damage or size upgrades in any order without worrying about getting stuck in a glitch!
